Grow With Me Program – Follow Up Services

For many families, a developmental screening is only the beginning of the process to ensure their children are getting the help they need. CCF developmental specialists provide follow up reports and individualized developmental guidance to parents for supporting their child’s development. Referred families are given additional support via the phone to ensure their connection with early intervention services.
